Most of my clients looking for an architect in Begur (many of my works are located in this beautiful location by the sea) Costa Brava, have contacted me because it was important for them to easily communicate with the professional they would hire. That and also the possibility of  using me as the contact line with the rest of team involved in the adventure of building a luxury villa on the Costa Brava.

Language has an enormous importance in terms of communication. This may sound obvious, but, actually, there is much more than only words when you want to establish a close relationship with someone (your architect) whose decisions and therefore its consequences will last years long. And, besides, with your money involved.

Many of my customers along my career have been foreigners, specially those coming from The Netherlands, United Kingdom and Germany. This has allowed me to get to know my clients´culture, sense of humor, and, finally, how to say or explain things in the right way. Such little detail enormously helps the process of building our exclusive homes run smooth for everybody. 

Being a multilingual architect (I speak English, and, exotically enough, also Dutch), I become also the nexus between client and builder when builder is no fluent in foreign languages, which gives customers some extra relief when it comes to discussing issues about the project.
